I just use it via HDMI though as when I used it via Display Port, if I turned off the monitor (like I'm want to do when I'm playing or watching stuff on my TV screen to save power) it shifted everything over, it disconnected the monitor as display 1 and moved everything over instead of how on HDMI where even when the monitor was "off" the screen was still a display and things (like windows) would stay in place. I didn't use it on my monitor because it was a cheap temp replacement for my 120hz screen that was yeeeears old that the backlight died on and it was just a nice bonus on the 75Hz monitor (I didn't have much in the way of budget but I needed a screen and the price on the one I got was around the price of some other 60Hz 1080p screens at the same size). Instead, we have a no frills, fully featured, half-height reworking of the X-Fi Xtreme Music card, and one that gets on fine with Vista.

I don't know how Nvidia handle freesync monitors now but it used to be AMD was freesync and Nvidia was just Gsync until recently where Nvidia allowed (some) freesync monitors to work with Gsync. Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer review.
